Agent profile
Process capture guides departments through their current workflow in chat and records the confirmed description. It is implemented as a Copilot Studio agent and in the self-hosted AI Potentials app.
Starting point
Knowledge about business processes is often scattered across conversations and documents. A shared assessment needs a confirmed workflow, clear exceptions and visible open questions.
Workflow
The agent asks about triggers, outcomes, steps, people, systems, decisions and exceptions. Unknowns remain visible as open questions.
It presents the complete description for correction and asks for explicit approval.
Only after human confirmation does each implementation save the process description. Copilot Studio uses a Dataverse custom API; AI Potentials writes to its local process workspace.

Both implementations are prototypes. The Copilot agent is not released to staff; user and department tests are outstanding. The self-hosted AI Potentials app has a workshop profile for synthetic data. A person confirms the process.
