A prototype makes your idea testable. Day-to-day operation requires further work: integration with your systems, permissions, privacy, monitoring and clear responsibilities.
We document these steps at handover. You can implement them with your team or agree a separate engagement with me. If the tests show that another approach fits better, we discuss that path too.
