Taking the guide further
Based on captured processes, the agent independently develops opportunity hypotheses and derives AI scenarios: assisted, partially autonomous and agentic. People remain part of every decision.
A prototype to try
The prototype shows how quickly and simply an AI agent can be implemented and which technologies help. The agent runs using Claude or ChatGPT accounts. The codebase is designed and prepared for coding agents. Before production use, the agent instructions need to be tested against real process documentation. The prototype provides building blocks for other agentic use cases too.
