    The AI enabler reviews submitted and confirmed processes in a central overview.

    They review the process description and open points. The available correction and export functions depend on the implementation.

  3. 03

    In Copilot Studio, a confirmed action creates a revision and acceptance. AI Potentials analyses confirmed processes further and provides AI opportunities and exports.

Status and limits

Both implementations are prototypes. The Copilot agent still needs release and cross-department permission tests. The self-hosted AI Potentials workshop uses a shared app account and synthetic data; it does not have the same Dataverse roles or acceptance actions.
